What goes into a noteThe little dot
has a good memory.
Give a note a recognizable phrase and the name of the work it belongs to. In the Bits & Ink development app, the in-app widget shows matching notes; the universal widget offers wider access and search. It searches notes kept in this app, not notes scattered across other services.
How notes stay connected to appsBefore switching tasks, leave one specific next action and the reason for it beside the work. A contextual note gives that thought an association to return to; a timed reminder can help when a deadline matters. Try the workflow in our website demo. Exact document positions and closed-window recovery are not promised.
Try a next-step noteThe Bits & Ink commercial product is in development. This website does not offer a public download or checkout, and a launch date has not been announced.
Bits & Ink is an independent project by Ankit Bhardwaj. Sticky Notes is the first product, built around a simple idea: useful tools should feel good to use.
We’re refining the small moments: where a note appears, how it saves, and how you find it again. Windows comes first. There’s no public download or launch date yet—just a little more to explore each time the product takes shape.
